After Tottenham's loss to Bournemouth, Romero took to Instagram, stating that "other people" should be speaking up and that they only show up when things are going well. A bold statement that didn't go unnoticed and was later deleted and reposted with an altered caption.
THST believes these incidents, while potentially explainable, demonstrate a lack of understanding and care about the club's perception. They reiterated their belief that the club leadership should address these issues publicly and directly communicate with fans about the club's ambitions.
"We need to hear directly from the club leadership about their vision for the football club's future," THST stated. "This includes their plans for the upcoming transfer window, where we expect to see a serious commitment to strengthening the squad and demonstrating our ambition to win more often."
However, during his media conference, Frank emphasized the club's unity, stating, "Johan [Lange], Vinai [Venkatesham], and I are very aligned with the ownership. We understand the challenges we face, and we're committed to navigating through this tough spell."
