He questions whether the players even interact off the court, suggesting that a group chat or team dinners are missing from their routine. "I doubt they even have a group chat! And team dinners on the road? I'm not so sure about that either," Perkins added with a hint of skepticism.

With Austin Reaves set to return soon, the Lakers hope to add a third star to their lineup, but their defensive issues remain a cause for concern.
"Opposing teams are feasting on open threes and easy baskets against the Lakers," Perkins noted. "A trade deadline move could be the solution, but the Lakers are limited in what they can offer. It seems they're playing it safe for the long term."
